Follow-Up & Treatment Monitoring Appointment

This appointment is for patients I have already seen and who are currently on treatment under my care.

It is intended for:

• Treatment follow-ups

• Progress reviews

• Drug monitoring and safety checks

• Adjustments to an existing treatment plan

This appointment is not suitable for new patients or for initiating treatment. If a full reassessment is required, this will be discussed and an appropriate appointment will be recommended.
